Imperial Health Adult Day Health Care Center is an organized day program providing medical, social, and restorative health services in a health care center, serving the frail elderly and other adults with physical or mental impairments.
Adult Day Health Care, designed to serve medically, physically and/or cognitively impaired adults, provides a structured day program which includes nursing, social services, restorative therapies such as physical, occupational, and speech therapies, dietition and mental health therapist.
Meals, and transportation are also provided in a warm, caring, and professional environment. This program focuses on person centered care for each person based on the participant's plan of care.

Focusing on maintenance of physical and mental health, adult day health care enables the participant to maintain as high level of functioning as possible, thereby allowing them to remain in their homes and communities.
